Having competed in sport for as long as she can remember, Amira decided to focus on cycling from the age of 14. Mainly racing off road at first with mountain bike in summer and cyclocross in winter, this summer she has decided to focus on the road. Amira a full time athlete who lives in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire has plenty of hills and a great local community of top road riders. It’s the ideal area to prepare for a summer of road & crit racing.

“with the great things I’ve heard and the results I’ve seen from OnForm I’m super excited to be riding with a great group of girls. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the road season to help the team get some great results”

“Amira’s pedigree in cyclo x is undoubted, confirmed by this weekends national series podium, it’s up to us and the team to support, encourage & give Amira confidence to have a successful season on the road”

“It’s been proven over & over again racers can have a successful career at both disciplines, there’s no doubt the skills learnt racing of road can easily be transferred to the road, what’s needed is the desire to want to transfer. Amira’s excitement & determination has certainly convinced me she has the desire to do this”
